Holy fuck, I knew Chromium git repo was huge and unwieldy, but I spent last hour trying to simply clone it locally and I still don't have a working copy. On a 4th attempt now Scratch that, on a 5th attempt now, with previous failing with a random Failed to connect to chromium.googlesource.com:443 after 5 ms: Could not connect to server message.

Expect the command to take 30 minutes on even a fast connection, and many hours on slower ones.
